Growth brings opportunity and it also brings new questions.
How do you build the right infrastructure to support a growing team? How do you create processes that make work easier without losing the personal connection that makes an organization special? And how do you continue delivering an exceptional experience as the business evolves?
At Katalyst Group, those are questions we think about as we grow.
That’s why we’re excited to welcome Megan Grasle as our new Business Operations Manager.

Megan brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to business operations, along with a talent for organization, process improvement, and helping teams work better together. Her experience spans healthcare, nonprofit, and business operations environments, giving her a broad perspective on how people, processes, and organizations come together.
Building the Foundation for What’s Next
As Katalyst continues to grow, our focus isn’t simply on doing more. It’s on building thoughtfully for what comes next.
Megan will help strengthen the systems and processes that support our team, while creating more opportunities for us to focus on what we do best: connecting organizations with exceptional talent and helping professionals find opportunities where they can thrive.
Her approach fits naturally with the way we work.
Megan is known for asking questions, understanding how people and teams operate, and finding practical ways to make things work better. She brings strategic thinking to the bigger picture while staying close to the details that keep an organization moving.
That combination matters.
People and Process, Working Together
Great operations aren’t just about efficient systems.
They’re about creating an environment where people have the tools, information, and support they need to do their best work.
Megan’s ability to understand both sides—people and process—will be an important addition to our team. Her approachable style and commitment to continuous improvement reflect the same relationship-focused mindset we bring to our work with clients and candidates.
Whether we’re helping a company build its finance or accounting team, supporting a professional through a career transition, or strengthening our own organization, the underlying principle is the same:
The right people make better things possible.

A Thoughtful Next Step for Katalyst
Megan holds an MBA in Change Leadership from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Her background in organizational change, operations, and team support brings another valuable perspective to Katalyst as we continue to evolve.
We’re excited about what her experience, curiosity, and collaborative approach will bring to our team.
Please join us in welcoming Megan to Katalyst Group.
Welcome, Megan. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
